Who We Are
The Characters
Tiffany and Keenan have been good friends for about 10 years before coming together to form a wonderfully balanced partnership in business and in life.
Keenan was taught to paint as a youngster by his father, who eventually hired him for help as soon as he could for his first job. He began to branch out on his own after developing an advanced skill set for the work. Over the years Keenan has put his mark on a wide variety of buildings, and homes. He has painted the inside of casinos, spas, vineyards and homes, barns, fences, outbuildings, decks and has even laid the turf for basketball, and tennis courts.
Tiffany has worked in many types of places and roles always finding herself taking on a lead role in each position she played. She has a talent for supervising people and keeping things running smoothly. She has managed gas stations and convenient stores, delis, and the after-school program. Tiffany has worn many hats and has taken on a leadership role within all these different venues. You will find just as many different types of certifications on her wall along with a degree in psychology, herbology, and nursing.

At Mad Ladder Painting, we like to think of every home as having its own character — a little bit of elegance, a little bit of grit, and a whole lot of life happening inside it. That’s why our brand carries a top hat: a small reminder that even in the chaos of real family living, your space deserves a touch of polish and intention. And the ladder? That’s the climb we take with you — step by step — to bring your vision to life.
As a parent who has raised five kids (plus the many “adopted” extras who’ve wandered through our doors over the years), I know exactly how unpredictable a week can be. Some days you’re juggling dinner, homework, and dog‑walking; other days you’re just trying to remember where you set your coffee. Finding time to choose paint colors or plan a project can feel impossible.
That’s where we come in.
While we’re still building our official project gallery — and waiting on the right, legally usable photos — you’ll see a few snapshots of our kids and family here on the About Us page. They’re the reason this business exists, the reason we work hard, and the reason our logo wears a top hat with pride. They remind us that homes aren’t showrooms; they’re lived‑in, loved‑in, and constantly evolving.
